I have been taking it for 10 days now. No period yet. I only have 1-2 periods a year. My MD prescribed progesterone so I should have it at least every 3 months so I will not end up with endometriosis and then cancer.

55 yrs old. Quit having periods 4 years ago, but the hot flashes and insomnia are still going on. Hot flashes extremely severe, especially at night. I’ve read reports that these types of symptoms should only last about a year. I have congestive heart failure, so I cannot use hormone replacement therapy. How much longer am I going to have to live with this?

I am going through premenopause and I still have my uterus. I had my tubes tied in my late twenties and my periods are crazier than ever. I have severe cramps and tender breast even when I am not on my period. A family member told me to just have everything removed and save myself the headache but I am trying to follow my doctors orders. It is hard to tell if I spot or period so can’t be for sure if pregnant or not. Don’t believe to be pregnant. Need some advise!
