I was recently diagnosed has going through menopause. Some of my symptoms include feeling sweaty, being tired all the time, mood swings and just not being myself.

    Menopause Feedback: White Sage - either tablets or syrup.
    Black cohosh.
    Agnus Castus takes down the sweats within minutes.
    Tincture or tablets.
    Take something just before you go to bed to combat the night sweats.
    Worked for me.
    Neals Yard also do a mixed compound menopause remedy - absolutely great.
    Dont forget to mix and match it up after a while so your body cant get used to it and build up a resistance.
    They worked for me!

    Menopause Feedback: Try adding soy to your diet. It has phyto estrogens that are similar to natural estrogen.

    Menopause Feedback: not a lot you can do. docs will offer you meds but most will put you in danger of strokes or worse. take vitamins. wear layers of clothes so that you can take things off when you are hot and put them on when you are cold. stay away from alcohol , it tends to exagerate the hot flashes.
