    Menopause Feedback: there are evening prim rose oil capsules that are sold at health food stores and you need to take 3-5 at once in the evening before sleep, the caps do not interfere with eating or other drug you may take

    one more i know of is dong quai

    and the combination of the two may even be stronger and more helpfull

    Menopause Feedback: Vitamin E and Citrus Bioflavonoids. My mom takes them & says they really work.

    Upon more research of this, I found out that you shouldn’t take Vitamin E if you have rheumatic heart disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes.

    Menopause Feedback: I take wild yam root. black cohosh has been shown to cause liver damage.
    The Wild Yam Root acts like progesterone in your body
    it reduces the hot flashes and helps to balance the estrogen .
