Can you answer Casey L’s question about Menopause?:

Everyday I get these hot flashes on my right leg, it feels like a very warm heat overcoming my leg, once I got a tingling along my right leg and foot. I’m not sure if this is a sign of bad circulation. Anybody else ever have this feeling?

Menopause Feedback: Yes- it is a circulation issue
If you sit a lont then get up and walk more often.

a warm feeling like that is blood
    a tingling feeling is nerves

I would be safe and have them ultrasound your veins in that leg.
A blood clot is my concern

Menopause Feedback: I would check it out with a doctor. I have been told that hot flashes in the leg can be a sign of blood clotting.
