The amount of vaginal discharge largely depends on estrogen in the blood. Sometimes women who use birth control pills notice that the amount of their discharge has increased. Does this mean that taking birth control pills higher in estrogen (such as 0.3mg vs 0.2mg) results in more vaginal discharge?

Menopause Feedback: I’d beleive so.
Menopause Feedback: One of the jobs of the pill is to stop a woman from releasing an egg so it cant be fertilised, the other job is that it increases the amount and the thickness of the discharge in the vagine so that if any sperm is present, it can NOT swim through the discharge with ease.
