Menopause Feedback: Ask your Dr. when they want you to start it. I had to start taking mine about 5 days after ovulation until I got a negative pregnancy test… However on the 2nd month I got a negative, I was pregnant and my body did all the work itself, I stopped 8 days before my positive test. Good luck and check with them…

Menopause Feedback: Begin on your first day after ovulation and continue until you get your period or if you get pregnant, you may need to continue into your first trimester. But I would talk to your doctor about this. Also make sure to use natural progesterone cream and not the synthetic type.

    Good luck!
