Menopause is one thing that women can't
avoid. You have to face the fact that time
will come and you'll experience it too. With
that in mind, the best thing to do is to
prepare yourself, both physically and
mentally. Before even actually experiencing
menopause, educate yourself about it. You can
even talk to your doctor and ask him/her
about your concerns regarding menopause.
Living a healthy life is also one way to
minimize the menopause symptoms, eat a diet
consisting of fruits and vegetables, and low
in fats. Or you can visit various Internet
sites which offer plenty of good information
on menopause.
