What are the symptoms of menopause?

There are many symptoms of menopause. The
first one is vasomotor instability which
includes night sweats, hot flashes, and sleep
disturbances. There are also urogenital
symptoms such as dyspareunia, dryness,
itching, bleeding, urinary urgency, urinary
frequency and urinary incontinence.
Psychologically, women who undergo menopause
have occasional mood disturbances and are
easily irritated, fatigued, experience memory
loss, and have a decrease in libido. Some
women incur osteoporosis, while other have
constant back, muscle and joint pains. Still
other women experience skin thinning, breast
atrophy and decreased elasticity.
